Residency

Oregon students who wish to participate in ONE courses and degree programs, who are residents of the state, will pay fees as in-state students (see Tuition and Fees).

Residents of a state other than Oregon, who are interested in accessing courses or degree programs through ONE are advised to contact the institution(s) directly regarding residency status and tuition implications.

Some degree programs will only be available to in-state students. We suggest that you carefully review the program descriptions in which you are interested (Degree Programs) to learn what restrictions in participation, if any, there are. Then, contact the institution program if you need further clarification.
